Since 1929 we have operated at a number of sites, culminating in the establishment of the soaring centre located at Bacchus Marsh Airfield, currently shared with two other clubs. This site offers a variety of soaring conditions including thermal, ridge and wave lift, while remaining within easy reach of Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat. We operate camps for members for extended periods at various sites around Victoria. The combined club operation at Bacchus Marsh is the largest in Australia with a total of eighteen club gliders and five tugs.
